For free users, you get 150 lifetime credits to test the AI. For paid plans, your capacity depends on your tier. For example, the Starter Plan (750 Credits) can handle 750 text messages, OR 375 one-minute voice notes, OR 150 image scans. A typical monthly mix for Starter users is 400 texts + 100 voice notes + 30 images.

We keep our billing completely transparent and based on compute power: Standard Text Replies cost 1 Credit. Voice Note Processing costs 2 Credits per minute. Visual AI Match (Snap & Find image processing) costs 5 Credits. Automated Cart Recovery Nudges cost 1 Credit, and Mass Marketing Broadcasts cost 15 Credits per delivered message.

You can purchase 'Fuel Packs' at any time from your Dashboard. The standard rate is ₦5,000 for 200 credits, ₦10,000 for 450 credits, or ₦20,000 for 1,000 credits.

Yes. While it is technically possible to use your existing business number, we strongly advise you to get a new phone number specifically for SureLeads. This ensures that your personal or manual business chats do not interfere with the AI's automated sales flow.

Once a number is connected to our official WhatsApp API, you will manage all conversations through the SureLeads Customer Inbox on your dashboard. You will no longer use the standard WhatsApp mobile app for that specific number.

Connecting your number is a secure 5-minute process using the official Meta Embedded Signup in your dashboard. IMPORTANT: If the number is currently active on a regular WhatsApp app on your phone, you must delete the account from within the app settings first before connecting it to SureLeads.

If you use our Managed (Split) model, Paystack automatically settles your funds into your bank account daily, minus a 2.5% platform fee. Alternatively, you can connect your own Paystack Secret Key in Settings for direct settlement with zero platform fees.
