Yes. While it is technically possible to use your existing business number, we strongly advise you to get a new phone number specifically for SureLeads. This ensures that your personal or manual business chats do not interfere with the AI's automated sales flow.

Once a number is connected to our official WhatsApp API, you will manage all conversations through the SureLeads Customer Inbox on your dashboard. You will no longer use the standard WhatsApp mobile app for that specific number.

Connecting your number is a secure 5-minute process using the official Meta Embedded Signup in your dashboard. IMPORTANT: If the number is currently active on a regular WhatsApp app on your phone, you must delete the account from within the app settings first before connecting it to SureLeads.
