These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Hoghores Limited ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the SureLeads AI SaaS platform.
1. Agreement to Terms
By registering for an account or using the SureLeads platform, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are expressly prohibited from using the platform.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use SureLeads AI to:
- Sell illegal, counterfeit, or highly regulated goods (including but not limited to drugs, weapons, or unlicensed pharmaceuticals).
- Spam or harass users via WhatsApp in violation of Meta's Commerce Policies.
- Attempt to bypass our billing mechanisms or Paystack fee splits.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms immediately and without refund.
3. Payments, Fees, and Subscriptions
- Subscriptions: You agree to pay the monthly or annual subscription fees associated with your chosen tier.
- Transaction Fees: For transactions processed via our Managed (Split) model, Hoghores Limited retains a small platform fee (e.g., 2.5%) before settling the remaining funds into your nominated bank account.
- API Wallet: Costs incurred for outbound marketing messages or SMS alerts will be deducted from your prepaid Wallet.
4. Liability Limitation
While our AI is highly advanced, it may occasionally make errors (hallucinations). Hoghores Limited is not liable for revenue lost due to AI misunderstandings, third-party downtime (e.g., WhatsApp or Paystack outages), or incorrect product catalog configurations provided by the merchant.
